Nokia has given the mobile part of its Share on Ovi service a nip and a tuck and the new look now focuses on highlighting what your contacts have been up to while you’ve been away. You can now see at a glance any of your friends’ latest snaps and even upload and share your own stuff straight from the mobile site.

E71 – it goes lovely with my Macbook Air
The other week I got a new Macbook Air. Lovely it is, all slender and slim (even if it is woefully underpowered and struggles with anything other than Safari and Keynote). Still, I was fed up of lugging a 17-inch Macbook about the place (getting old) and my new little Air biscuit is doing the trick nicely. Which is why I welcomed gratefully the E71. See, it’s slim. Really slim. No, I mean really slim, not just ‘a bit thin’ or ‘thinner than other devices’ but really, genuinely, properly thin.
Liverpool man films UFOs on his N95!
There’s been a lot of talk in the British press about UFO sightings in recent weeks, and thanks to one man and his trusty N95, we can see what all the fuss is about. Yes, one eagle-eyed chap from Liverpool has managed to catch some very odd airborne lights using his Nok’s video app.
