The Nokia X6 firmware update doesn’t seem to have added any new features to the device and is merely a service update fixing a few bugs. When it comes to updating the firmware on any Nokia handset you’ll find that it depends on the product code of the device – located under the battery typically. This represents the region, language pack and whether it is branded or not. Nokia then rolls out the firmware by product code, so it’s merely a matter of waiting until that code is hit.

We’ve not received the v12.0.091 update on our handset yet, so if anyone has any more details of what the update offers, please let us know in the Comments below.
