The Nokia X6 16GB was announced a couple of weeks ago and went up for pre-order on Nokia Online. At the time no one knew which networks would be picking this music phone up for contract. However, Vodafone has planted a pre-order page stating it will start to sell the Nokia X6 16GB this month.

The Nokia X6 16GB takes the standard Nokia X6 smartphone with 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen and 5-Megapixel camera but cuts the memory in half and strips out the Comes With Music option to make it a little cost-effective for the average music lover.

Vodafone is also making sure that you’re happy with the multimedia aspects of this device too as it’ll come pre-loaded with hit-comedy Gavin & Stacey Series 3, as well as Your pocket DJ, which is an app that matches music to suit your mood.

The Nokia X6 16GB will also be the first device to ship with the new Ovi Maps pre-installed, offering free walk and drive navigation as well as Michelin and Lonely Planet guides.
