Nokia C6 on its way?

Nokia Mystic Following details of the Nokia C5, rumours are circulating that Nokia is set to add to the Nokia Cseries range in the form of the Nokia C6. The new handset could be released as soon as Mobile World Congress this month, with features including a touchscreen display. To find out more about the Nokia C6, read on after the jump…

Rumours of a new Nokia have been circulating the internet for a little while now – with the Nokia Mystic leading the charge. We brought you photos of the Nokia Mystic a little while ago, and with similar design cues to the recently detailed Nokia C5, it looked like a reasonable bet that the Mystic could be named as the Nokia C6.

We thought that the Nokia Cseries may be a re-invention of the Classic branding, with similar design touches as older handsets, but using cheaper materials to keep the pricing down. From the photographs, it looks like the Nokia Mystic could fit in with this ethos.

Tech website All About Phones also thought that the Nokia Mystic would be renamed as the Nokia C6, but has recently changed its mind, pointing out that the Nokia C6 may have a different form factor and feature a touchscreen display, leaving the Mystic dead in the water.

What would you like to see from the Nokia C6? Would you like to see another touchscreen device added to Nokia’s smartphone range, or would you prefer a regular alphanumeric or QWERTY keypad? Let us know what you think.
