Nokia N97 Mini Comes With Music Launched
We’ve just been taking a look at Nokia Online and it seems a new flavour of Nokia N97 Mini has popped up – one with free music packed inside. Now, did we miss something or did Nokia upgrade the Nokia N97 Mini to a Comes With Music smartphone and not tell anyone? Find out more about the Nokia N97 Mini Comes With Music after the jump…
Maybe we’re being a little slow getting back into the swing of things and totally missed that Nokia has upgraded the Nokia N97 Mini to a Comes With Music account but it seems to be news to us. The standard Nokia N97 Mini costs £429 (inc. VAT) SIM free from Nokia Online, which is a good price.
The Nokia N97 Mini Comes With Music is the same great handset, packing in a 3.2-inch touchscreen, full QWERTY keyboard and full access to Ovi Store and all your other favourite apps, it just happens to add Comes With Music – Nokia’s all-you-can-download music service.
However, for just an extra £100, you can get the Nokia N97 Mini Comes With Music (£529 inc. VAT) SIM free. Now, considering the average download album is now £7.99, if you download just 12 albums over the course of the year-long subscription then you’ll have paid for the extra cost.
Now, you have to admit it that grabbing hold of just one album a month is something people who don’t even like or collect music can manage, so what can the music loving fan total in a year? Hundreds of albums, and with Nokia Music having over six million tracks ready for you to download and own, it makes perfect sense.
So, does the addition of Comes With Music to the Nokia N97 Mini make perfect sense, let us know what you think in the Comments below.

@Leod – noticed that after I’d posted the piece – also that the N97 Mini is a static image. Have noticed it’s got a phones4u logo but there is nothing on there site about it – http://www.phones4u.co.uk/shop/shop_contract_details.asp?itemkey=368975 – the mystery deepens!
