The Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition will ship in the first quarter of 2010 and have a retail price of around 370 Euros (£335) but what will you get for your money? Well, according to designer Mark Delaney, the original Nokia 6700 classic was the ‘the little black dress’ of smartphones so depending on your taste, turning it gold is either pure sophistication or someone’s idea of letting Lady GaGa loose with the tinsel again.

The Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition has an 18-carat gold finish, come with a stylish leather jacket to protect the bling and 8GB memory card (the original classic came with 1GB). It will also come with a host of custom wallpapers to add to the look.
