Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition launches!

The Nokia 5800 success story just keeps on rolling! Not only has it proven a huge seller with those looking for a music phone but now comes the Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition to put it firmly on the map. This new take on the Nokia 5800 comes pre-loaded with a life time of voice guided Drive and Walk tools, as well as a spanking new colour! The Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition is the latest twist in the ongoing Nokia 5800 success story. This latest version is aimed at petrol-heads as well as music-heads, as it offers a whole host of mapping and guidance software and even comes with a car charger and Nokia car kit in the box.

Along with the latest version of Ovi Maps pre-installed and a host sat-nav tools at your finger tips, you’ll also find voice-guided navigation tools, including local traffic warnings. So, you’ll be able to get door-to-door sat-nav, as well as Points of Interest (POI) on your way there.

The Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition is set for release in the third quarter of 2009 with an estimated price of 285 Euros (£245 inc VAT).

    Nokia 5800 is nowhere near the iphone or htc i think nokia should come up with some next level phone to compete with iphone. Upcoming Nokia Aeon ( http://www.domesticutilities.com/aeon.htm ) looks good.
