And with the launch of the Nokia 5800 Start Trek Limited Edition, it’s about to boldly go where no other phone has gone…

The Nokia 5800 Start Trek Limited Edition has been released to coincide with the launch of the new movie, the device will be exclusively available at Phones 4U from 1st May 2009.

Alongside the base phone, which is enough to get excited about in its own right, with its 3.2-Megapixel autofocus camera with Carl Zeiss optics, built-in A-GPS, touchscreen and up to 16GB storage, ‘Trekkies’ will also get a host of cool add-ons. These will include three Star Trek wallpapers, four special Star Trek screensavers and eight exclusive ringtones, including ‘Phazer Shot’, ‘Red Alert’ and ‘Kelvin Communicator’.

To bring all this to life there is a special ‘Phazer’ application and you can choose between a choice of blue, red and black/silver variants, all exclusively at Phones 4U.The Nokia 5800 Star Trek will be free on a £25 a month contract with Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile and O2 at Phones 4U from 1st May 2009.
