Top Apps for Nokia E71
The Nokia E71 is one of the most reliable and hard working smartphones on the market, and is largely responsible to the E Series selling 13 million units in the last year.
However, we could all do with a little help from time to time, so loading your Nokai E71 with killer apps is a great way to get even more from it. Let’s take a look at the Top Apps for your Nokia E71…
The Nokia E71 is a versatile and easy-to-use smartphone that can easily hold its own against most phones. However, getting the most fromt he latest apps is always a good way to extend the use of your smartphone.
Which is why, when we saw over at Mobile Flipper they had put together their list of Top Six favourite apps ever Nokia E71 user should use our ears picked up. There are some good choice on there, such as Fring and Mobbler, which we’re fans of here at NokNok. There is even our old friend, Nokia Internet Radio. However, it’s not all gravy, as there are always other ways to get more from your Nok.
So, we thought we’d expand on this idea of Top Apps for your Nokia E71 with a couple of extras of our own.
Gravity
Possibly the best Twitter app out there at the moment. While it’s not free, it has a host of features that make getting and forwarding Tweets a lot easier and the interface is a lot more user friendly than other Twitter apps out there.

Nokia Maps
Sure Mobile Flipper likes Google Maps but we much prefer Nokia’s own take on Maps, as it offers the same level of functionality but allows you to use Friend View, which means you’ll be able to check out when friends are in the local area.
Mail for Exchange
Mail for Exchange has been updated to version 2.9 and is Nokia’s solution to sending and receiving your Microsoft Exchange business email using your E71. Sure, this may be a little heavy duty for the average person but if you’re looking to make the most of your Nokia E71 for work, then this is the app to have.

the phone is very tactile and pleasant to use, I find it not particulary intuitive however and thngs such as auto reciignition of best connection portal and not present. The quicklinks only work with network operator connection and if you have set up a home wife they do no work with it. The number of apps for it also still seem quite limited. There are lots of social networking and other trivia but very few genuine business apps like real time stock pricing and tax calcs. Still it is getting better and I am still pleased with the phone.
