Nothing appeared to be running in the background to run down the battery! 2nd has a grey screen looking like an old CRT TV that isn't tuned to the station properly. 3rd arrives in a couple of days not holding out much hope seeing as the web is full of pages with other people with multiple problems. What's worse is that when the firmware update is released in the UK by Nokia, Vodafone will take months analysing it before they allow it compounding the issue!
