And while they can do just about everything, we concede that sometimes (some people) only need a handset that does a few things extremely well. That’s where the 6000 range comes in, and we’ve got the latest, the 6600 Slide, here in our mitts to pick apart at our leisure.

That familiar crisp screen is still present and accounted for, only this time the keypad’s tucked away behind it. The slick metal casing means it’s not especially light for its teeny size, but you’ll forgive all once you flick it on. Every must-have app can launch straight from the home screen, and Nokia Maps locked on to our location quicker than the MI6 can (probably).
