Nokia Photos graduates Beta Labs, Chat updated
It’s all go over in Nokia’s top spec test facility. First there’s news that Nokia Photos 1.5 has been given the all clear to make it out into the big wide world, quickly followed up by a cheeky Nokia Chat update too.
Nokia Photos was first let loose back in September and lets you manage and transfer your personal snaps and videos to and from your phone.
It’ll resizes any snaps you’re sending to your phone and convert video into the right format to playback on your handset. What’s more, on the PC side of things it’ll let you visualise your geotagged images, so you can see them all on a map showing where they were taken. Nokia Photos is available either as a standalone download or as part of the Nokia Ovi Suite.
Nokia’s location based chat app has also been given a dust off and features some new bug fixes and a tweak here and there to keep it running smoothly. You can grab the updated Chat app directly from Beta Labs.
