Nokia 5800 Tube touchscreen coming as early as next month?

Nokia has been busier than ever spoiling us with shiny new Nseries handsets, but without wishing to appear ungrateful there’s been no sign of the touchy feely 5800 Tube for a while. Until now, that is, because the latest hushed whispers say it could be here as soon as 8th October.

File this firmly under unconfirmed rumour, but according to an unnamed source over at JustAMP, the Tube, or 5800 XpressMedia, will be getting a UK unveiling on 8th October.

It’ll also be the first Nok to run S60 5th edition, bringing all the tactile goodness that entails. Nokia did say it would have a touchscreen device out before Christmas, so here’s hoping this turns out to be true.
