Communication Center updated, thanks to feedback

Sometimes you have to be careful what you wish for, but in the case Communication Center Nokia’s request for feedback has paid off.

It’s only been out the Beta Labs doors for a week, which is barely time to get its white coat dirty, and now there’s a shiny new release on the way.

The messages part has been tweaked so you can now see contact names next to texts – after all, who actually remembers anyone’s phone number these days?

On the more significant side of things, it’s had a raft of bug fixes to keep it the right side of stable. As we noted in our review, it was a bit too crash happy at times. But no more – with this release the bug-o-meter has been raised to a steady sailing yellow. While it still might bork out a bit if your push it too hard, it’s a much happier application to be around.

If you fancy putting all your communication eggs in one application basket, pop into Beta Labs now and grab yourself the update.
